ROMANIA

Foreign visitors consider Romanians among the friendliest and most hospitable people on earth. Romanians are by nature fun loving, warm, hospitable, playful, with an innate sense of humor.

In spite of this attitude many Romanians are living in poverty, physical as well as spiritual. 85% of Romanians claims to be Orthodox, however this is an empty belief and many are open to immorality, witchcraft and other negative influences.

OM in Romania aims to work with the local churches in all we do. We work with them in evangelism, relief, church planting and cross-cultural missions. We are also involved in literature distribution, short-term outreaches, mission and evangelism training.

SHORT TERM OUTREACHES:
Together with local churches we are excited to offer evangelistic outreaches to individuals and groups. You can be involved in door-to-door evangelism, outreaches through sports, open airs, friendship evangelism or youth events. We are very open to receive church groups that will work together in an outreach into Romania.

KIDSGAMES:
Several times every year we are organizing KIDSGAMES. This is a great event for towns where we try to involve all the youth from 6-14 years in sports and games. Together with the churches and the local authorities we enjoy several days of fun. These days include competitions and sports, while at the same time there is moral and ethical teachings.

PARTNER MINISTRIES:
OM Romania primarily partners with local churches.  We are also involved in a general partnership with Christian Network of Ministries of Romania, Wycliffe, OM Moldova and Pace Romania.
